Your booking

A booking is confirmed once you've paid and you've received a confirmation number. Please check your pickup time, addresses and passenger details, and tell us right away if anything is wrong.

You agree that the people riding will fit the car you chose, including their luggage. If the party or the luggage doesn't fit safely, we may need to change the arrangement, and any difference in price will apply.

Price

The price you see before you pay is the price of the ride as booked. It can change only if the ride itself changes on the day. Extra waiting beyond the free period, tolls, added stops and extra time are itemized on your receipt and charged to the payment method you booked with.

A quote is good for a limited time, shown while you book. After that, you'll get a fresh price.

Waiting and no-shows

Each pickup includes a free waiting period, and airport pickups include a longer one. After that, waiting is charged by the minute. If we can't find you and can't reach you, the ride may be treated as a no-show under the cancellation policy.

Cancelling

Cancellation is covered by our cancellation policy, which is part of these terms.

Riding with us

Everyone rides with a seat belt, and children ride in a suitable child seat, which you can add when you book. Your chauffeur may refuse or end a ride if anyone's safety is at risk or if the law requires it. You are responsible for damage or excess cleaning caused by your party.

If something goes wrong

Traffic, weather and road closures are outside our control, and we plan around them as well as we can. If we can't complete a ride we've confirmed, we'll tell you as soon as we can and refund what you paid for the part we couldn't provide.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you book is the one that applies to that booking.
