Cancellation policy.
The short version
Cancel free until 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours, the charge is 50% of the fare. A no-show is charged in full.

Refunds
Refunds go back to the payment method you booked with. Your bank may take a few days to show them.
What counts as a no-show
If your chauffeur has waited through the free waiting period, and we've tried to reach you and can't, the ride counts as a no-show.
If your flight changes
We follow the flight number on your booking. A delay isn't a no-show, and your pickup moves with your actual landing time. If your flight is cancelled, call us and we'll sort it out.
If we have to cancel
If we can't provide a ride we've confirmed, you get a full refund.
