What we collect

When you book: your name, email and phone number, the name and number of anyone you're booking for, your trip details including addresses and flight number, your preferences and notes. We also keep a record of your bookings, and a short technical record of requests, such as your IP address, to stop abuse.

We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled directly by our payment provider.

Why we use it

To price and provide your ride, keep you and your chauffeur in touch, send your confirmation and reminders, take payment, answer questions, and meet our legal obligations. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the service, and only what each one needs: Google for address search and drive times, our payment provider for payments, our email provider for messages, and our hosting and database providers to run this site. Your chauffeur sees what they need for your ride.

How long we keep it

Drive distances, drive times and map coordinates from Google are deleted within 30 days, and sooner where we can. We keep booking records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your information, email reservations@ride33x.com. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

Cookies

The public site doesn't use tracking cookies. Your trip is remembered in your own browser tab while you book, and it's cleared when the tab closes. Staff who sign in to the admin use one sign-in cookie.
